Powered by John Hassett’s first-place finish and a fourth and a ninth by Will Entwisle and Oliver Broughton, the boys team finished second overall behind Orono in the Bucksport Invitational on September 12. The girls also posted a second-place win at the Class C school meet, with Orono siding into the top spot. Eliza Broughton finished fourth, Zeya Lorio sixth, Hanna Gutow ninth and Bella Cimino 13th.
The Eagles host Class C schools at a Friday, September 18 meet. Start time is 4 p.m.
