The Maine Maritime Academy women’s basketball team won three straight games, while the men lost three, including two overtime games, during a three-game homestand for each team last week. The Lady Mariner’s took a 72-50 win over the University of Maine at Farmington on January 10, a 64-54 win over Lyndon State University on January 13 and a 67-56 victory over Johnson State on January 14. The men lost 73-83 to Farmington, 70-72 in overtime against Lyndon State University and 62-66 in overtime against Johnson State.
