A busy week in varsity basketball saw the Mariner varsity boys score their first win on December, a close 53-52 over Shead, by way of a Krisford Melanio three-pointer with 6 seconds left. It was a close game all the way, said our Mariner columnist Jack Scott. The boys are 1-3 for the season so far.
